My Father Illness
On Sunday, 15 February 2026, three days before Ramadan at 6 pm, my parents went to the Malioboro. They went there by car. My father drove the car. Suddenly, my father felt short of breath when he arrived at Bantul. He brought to PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul hospital and he was hospitalized here at 2 am. In the morning, on Monday, I got a news that my father was hospitalized at 6 am from my mother. She asked me to keep my father at hospital because she would check up to Panembahan Senopati hospital at 8 am. When I arrived at the hospital, I asked my father about the illness. My father explained that he had a kidney illness. I was shocked when I heard that. On Wednesday, my father was moved from Al Fath 3 to Al Kautsar 9 ward on the third floor. But, at the new ward, I felt it was uncomfortable. There was no sofa to sleep while kept the patient. There was only a folding chair. I decided to sleep at the desk near Emergency Unit Room (IGD).
